New, Affordable, Real Human Hair Extensions Arrive: Perfect for Prom, or Brides on a Budget

Prom princesses and budget-weary brides can now have what they may have wanted, but couldn’t afford – a full, gorgeous mane for that special day. Moxie Blue Salon, a luxury salon and spa located minutes outside of Philadelphia announced today that Hotheads extensions, the newest trend in adding length or mass to hair is now accessible. Hotheads cost one-third of the popular, expensive brands, are easier to apply, and can be removed and reappliedup to three times – a new feature for high-quality extensions.

“These new extensions can be applied so easily and cost only $900 for a full head,” said, Licha McLennan, co-owner of the salon. “A similar application of our other extensions can run as high as $3,000, and even more amazing is that our clients can reuse them up to three times. I have clients trying out bangs for the first time without having to make the commitment of cutting their hair, the other extensions just aren’t structured properly to this,” she added.

Hotheads are 100 percent human hair, adhesive weft extensions that are applied without the need for tools or heat. Stylists only need a clip and a comb. They can be adhered in under an hour and do not tangle or matte in hair like traditional extensions can. Hotheads last up to 10 weeks and are easily removed using a solvent. The product can be ironed, blown out, styled, washed and colored like regular human hair. Hotheads come in 20 colors but can be blended to create up to 400 different shades.

“Forget hair clip-ins,” said McLennan, “With Hotheads a woman can get the fullness she wants and still be able to pull her hair up into a pony tail, curl it, wash it, swim, shower… you name it!”
