Returns + Exchanges+Redo's
Returns will be considered within 30 days of original purchase. Due to the consumable and sometimes perishable nature of some of our products, we are not able to return items after 30 days.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. ID is required for all returns or exchanges. We want you to love it, and we will do our best to make it right, however form time to time, we may not be able to accommodate a return.
Moxie Blue Salon are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
A Full refund will be issued for items returned within 30 days of purchase that are unopened and unused.
All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. ID is required for all returns.
We are not able to refund gifts.
SERVICE REDO POLICY
Please notify us within 72 hours of your service if you would like to request a redo. A redo request will be considered if received within that time frame. The redo service must be booked within 14 days of the original service, for the same service. The service redo is available for any stylist/operator in the previously chosen price level. Moxie Blue does not refund services, although will guarantee quality and service through the service redo policy above.
GIFT CARD REFUNDS
Gift Cards purchased are non-nonrefundable and non-transferable. Gift Cards can be used to purchase services, packages, and products in the Moxie Blue Salon locations. Promotional Gift Cards (Gift Cards purchased as a promotional item which have a discounted value) cannot be used to purchase future promotional items or items outside of its specified use.
